"Retort-Pouch-2009" - The fifth annual
dedicated retort pouch conference will be held:
April 7-9, 2009 at the
Crowne Plaza Hotel
in Monroe Twp (near Princeton) N.J.
 In view of the
economic downturn, we have organized
"Retort-Pouch-2009" into three separate days. On
Tuesday, April 7th, we will conduct two
newly developed half day courses aimed at both
understanding the fantastic potential of the
retort pouch and producing a filled product
efficiently and economically. We have taken the
role of the co-packer "out of the closet and
onto the shelf".
On
Wednesday, April 8th, we will have our
one-day 10-12 speaker supply chain conference.
Our keynoter will be Anna Shawyer, Principal,
Apple Canyon Gourmet, the developers of "Heat-em
Ups" chicken soup in a microwavable clear retort
stand-up pouch. Over 10 additional speakers will
bring attendees up-to-date on all aspects of the
retort pouch supply chain.
On Thursday,
April 9th, Gary A. Dmytrow, TanRin
Consulting (Canada) will conduct an intensive
one-day seminar for all retort pouch pros - from
marketing to introduction on achieving "Retort
Pouch Integrity". This course was recently
presented in Thailand to great acclaim. I
urge you not to miss this outstanding event.
We have

the full event and gratis display tables of
